Lose fat from waist
Following exercises reduce fat from waist and makes it shapely
Exercise 1:
- Stand erect keeping a distance of about 1 to 1.5 ft between your feet.
- Hold a stick behind your back.
- Now twist the upper portionof your body to 'left' as mush as you can, keeping your legs and thighs straight.
- Revert back to original position
- Now twist the upper portionof your body to 'right' as mush as you can, keeping your legs and thighs straight.
- Tilt the body ten times in each direction
Exercise 2:
- Stand erect keeping a distance of about 1 to 2 ft between your feet.
- Hold a stick behind your back.
- Now tilt your body without moving it. Body should only be tilted to one side.
- Revert back to original position
- Now tilt your body without moving it. Body should only be tilted to one side.
