Lose fat from thighs

Following exercises will reduce fat from thighs, also from the waist. Also this exercise makes outer musle of the thigh very firm.
Exercise 1
  • Lie on your right side.
  • Rest your head on right hand palm with your elbow on the floor
  • Now extend your left leg as high as you can.
  • Get back to the original position slowly
  • Repeat this procedure 10 times
  • Now change the side and repeat this procedure for right leg, lying on left side.
Exercise 2
  • Lie on left side and rest the left elbow and right palm on the floor.
  • Now raise your right leg and kick in the air.
  • Repeat thie at least 10 times
  • Change the side and repeat the same procedure for left leg.
