Lose fat from thighs
Following exercises will reduce fat from thighs, also from the waist. Also this exercise makes outer musle of the thigh very firm.
Exercise 1
- Lie on your right side.
- Rest your head on right hand palm with your elbow on the floor
- Now extend your left leg as high as you can.
- Get back to the original position slowly
- Repeat this procedure 10 times
- Now change the side and repeat this procedure for right leg, lying on left side.
Exercise 2
- Lie on left side and rest the left elbow and right palm on the floor.
- Now raise your right leg and kick in the air.
- Repeat thie at least 10 times
- Change the side and repeat the same procedure for left leg.
