Lose fat from stomach
The following exercises will help reduce the fat from stomach and also from the back.
- Lie on the floor facing downword.
- Bend your legs at knees.
- Then raise your head along with chest, grip the ankles firmly.
- This position will be like an arch
- Then rock body backward and forward
- After rocking for 10 times each get back to original position.
