Exercises for hands and shoulders
Before commencing this exercise, one should always perform all the warm up actions.
- Stand erect keeping a distance of about 1 to 1.5 ft between your feet.
- Keep both your arms straight.
- Now move arms in circular motion (backward & forward) ten times.
- Increase the no. of circular motions every day adding two for each actions
- At the end of week, you should reach 20 circular motions in each movement.
In addition to the movement of joints, reduction of fat from hands and shoulders can be seen. These body parts will regain their beautiful shape.
