Chest Exercises

All warm up actions are necessary before going for exercises of this kind.

  • Stand erect keeping a distance of about 1 to 1.5 ft between your two feet.
  • Keep both your arms in front of your thighs.
  • Inhale and raise your arms to an oblique position
  • Now exhale and bring down your arms to the original position.
  • This procedure should be repeated 10 times

This exercise removes the fat from the chest and makes breasts firm and shapely.

Chest Expansion

Stand erect and keep 1 to 2 ft of distance between your feet. Extend both your hands straight in line with the shoulders. Then move them on both the sides. While doing this inhale deeply. Now exhaling bring down both your hands to original position. Repeat this procedure for two minutes.
