Normal meals of chicken, beef, turkey, fish, and shellfish, lots of vegetables (low GI), eggs, cheese, nuts, and garden salads using 100% olive oil for your salad dressing
Lot of water, tea, coffee.
Food Items to be avioded in Phase 1
Potatoe, baked foods, fruit, candy, ice cream, rice, bread, cake, sugar, pasta, alcohol.
Food Items that are allowed in Phase 2
Vegetables, wine can be brought back in this diet.
Food Items that are allowed in Phase 3
As per the weight goals, one can modify the eating items accordingly.
