Whether you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, whateveryou eat all affect your blood glucose. Blood glucose (sugar) is the main sugar found in the blood and is the body's main source of energy.

To remain healthy, a person needs to have a healthy blood glucose levels, that will keep you away from diabetes.
